Apple Crisp

Yields 1 9x13 pan

Ingredients:

10 c. apples, peeled, cored & diced

1 c. white sugar

1 Tbsp all-purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 c. water

1 c. oats

1 c. all-purpose flour

1 c. packed brown sugar

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 c. butter, melted

Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Put apples into a 9x13 pan. In a separate bowl, mix the white sugar, 1 T flour and ground cinnamon together, and then sprinkle over apples. Pour water over the apple-sugar mixture.

3. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and melted butter together. Crumble over apple mixture.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for roughly 45 minutes. Serve warm.
