Sriracha Beans, Corn & Rice

Ingredients:

Black Beans

Corn

Rice

Sriracha chili pepper sauce

gluten free & dairy free.

Steps:

1. Cook all of the ingredients according to standard directions (ex: boil the beans, boil the rice, etc.)

*Reserve 1 c. of water the beans were boiled in

2. Add beans, reserved bean water and corn to skillet on medium high heat, adding sriracha to taste.

3. Once the mixture boils, turn down stove to low and let simmer until it reaches the desired consistency.

4. Serve over rice.

This recipe is very versatile, as you can add any vegetable you want to it, in any proportion.
